Fourth of July Fireworks

                   Valdosta Plans For July 4th Celebration

      The Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority (VLCPRA) Department will present the 2008 fireworks display on Friday, July 4th, at 9:30 p.m. with assistance from Pyrotechnico, a professional fireworks display company.

      The public may best view the 30 minute spectacular presentation from various locations on Norman Drive, such as Sam's Club, Wal-mart, Colonial Mall and the surrounding areas.
